Job description
Dixon Bayco is looking for a Machine Operator to join their team in West Chester, OH in our new climate controlled facility! This person will be responsible for preparing bar stock & castings for machining, running production, and much more! Responsibilities
- Prepare bar stock & casting for machining
- Load/unload & run production machines
- Cleaning, deburring & finishing of machined components
- Cleaning & machine maintenance
- Light assembly
- Counting, packaging & labeling product
- Other projects as needed
Competencies
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Follows directions well
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Proficient communication skills both verbal and written
- Works well with machining team
- Able to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining desired quality and accuracy
- Pack product for shipping

Experience
