Miller Brother Staffing Solutions in Lancaster, PA has the immediate need of experienced Machine Operator for 1st and 2nd shift.

Openings- 2 openings (1 for 1 st shift and 1 for 2 nd shift)

Pay Rate - $22/hour

Shift: 1 st Shift Monday-Friday 6am-4:00pm

2 nd shift: Monday-Friday 3:30pm-1:30am

Job Description/Duties

  • Must have minimum 2 years of industrial manufacturing experience operating machinery

-Must be comfortable with industrial settings

-Will be operating concrete cube machines

  • Must be able to set up, operate, and perform adjustments on machinery

  • Seeking candidates that can work independently once trained

  • Seeking candidates that will keep busy doing whatever necessary in the plant including clean up

  • Ability to lift 75 pounds

-Must be to use hand tools

  • Ability and willingness to work at a fast pace

  • Ability to work extended hours as needed

Physical Demands

Lifting up to 75 pounds. Ability to stand for entire duration of shift. Must be able to stand, bend, twist, kneel, and squat.
