Machine Technician Expectations:
- Operate blow-molding machines
- Troubleshoot and adjust machines
- Perform routine maintenance
- Adhere to customer specifications and work safely
- Must demonstrate safe work practices and competency to drive a powered industrial truck
- Compliance to GMP, Food Safety, and Food Quality regulations as required by the company, customers, and/or government agencies.

How do our shifts work? Full time status | 3 Day Work Week
- Day Shift: 6:45 AM-7:00 PM - Starting at* $22/hour*
- Night Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:00AM- Starting at* $22/hour + $1.50 premium*
Schedule: 3 Days per week and Benefits Eligible
Weekly Bonuses for Perfect Attendance and Quality!!
Additional Hours of Overtime Available
Ideal Candidate:
- At least 1 year of technical processing, maintenance or troubleshooting experience
- Be a technical mentor & continuous improvement leader
- High School diploma or equivalent reading, writing, basic math, and critical thinking skills
- Dependable, on time, team player
- Active and comfortable lifting up to 30lbs
- Comfortable with business computer applications and mobile device application
- Must laugh at jokes & embrace the Radius Culture
- 18 years or older
- Must provide own basic set of tools
