A well known industry leader in manufacturing is looking for some highly enthusiastic machine operator helpers to work in a fast growing well established company in Ashland City, TN. We have 1st shift positions 6 am - 3 pm, Monday - Friday, these positions will not last long! Please apply today!

Responsibilities

• 3 months industrial experience

• Highly adaptable to various duties

• Able and willing to perform and sustain productivity goals (set up times, down time, MSF produced, etc.)

• Ability to problem solve with minimal assistance.

• Provide daily feedback to supervisor regarding all aspects of shift/machine activity. Must be able to communicate effectively with other employees, supervisors, managers, etc.

• Be able to interpret and understand factory master.

• Must have basic computer skills (data entry, etc.) and be able to perform basic arithmetic including additions, subtractions, multiplications and division.

• Must have ability to learn and understand machine line up.

• Must have ability to interpret a variety of instructions given in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

• Must have ability to understand and accurately utilize KIWI

• Stopping, walking, bending, twisting, standing, sweeping, hand motion, wrist motion, body rotation, counting and reading tape measure

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 10 hours at one time
• working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
• working weekends
