Description of Machine Operator

• Learn CNC mills, lathes, machine centers, lasers, wire bending, and more
• Opportunities to advance into setup and programming of machines
• Full time, long-term positions with opportunities for overtime
• 1st & 3rd shift positions
• Regular reviews and raises
• Will train

Requirements of Machine Operator

• Experience operating machines in a factory a plus but not required
• Must have reliable transportation, positions NOT on a bus line
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Must pass a drug screen and a criminal background check
• Reliable work history with good references required

Compensation of Machine Operator

• $15-$18 per hour (higher with experience)
