Machining Technician (MasterCam exp req) Description

Our client is looking for a Machining Technician to add to their team in Elkhart, IN. In this role, you will be responsible for writing machine programs for mills and lathes and ensuring machines are performing to standards. To be successful in this role, you must have experience programming in MasterCam and knowledge of the manufacturing process. Machining Technician (MasterCam exp req) Responsibilities

● Write machining programs for lathes and mills using MasterCam
● Improve manufacturing machining efficiencies
● Setup CNC lathes and mills as needed for production
● Make tool lists for job orders
● Maintain tool crib
● Design manufacturing fixtures as needed
● Complete quality checks on manufactured & vendor-supplied parts
● Complete quality checks on vendor-supplied parts
● Update manufacturing check sheets as needed
● Travel to customers for product reviews
● Other duties as assigned

Machining Technician (MasterCam exp req) Qualification

● 3+ years of MasterCam & CAD experience required
● 2+ years of experience with Mills and Lathes required
● Manufacturing experience required
