ROLE: CNC MACHINSTS (EXPERIENCED & TRAINEE POSITIONS AVAILABLE)
Night Shift (Monday- Thursday, 4:18pm to 2:18am) 15% Shift Premium
Weekend Shift (Friday-Sunday, 5:00am to 5:30pm) 28% Shift Premium
SIGN-ON BONUS: $2,000
- Load/unload parts on CNC machines to support maximum spindle utilization time.
- Inspect and monitor parts as they are completed on the machine.
- Detect malfunctions in machine operations such as worn or damaged cutting tools.
- Deburr and blend all machined parts.
- Perform daily maintenance on machines including maintaining fluid levels, emptying chips, wiping down machine to remove coolant, dust, and debris.
- Maintain an organized clean and safe work environment.
- Effectively communicate appropriate information during shift change.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Candidates that do not have a HS diploma or GED will be required to take a pre-employment assessment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States. International Traffic in Arms Regulation/Export Administration Regulations (ITAR/EAR) clearance is required.
- Minimum of 1 Year of experience with CNC machining or Enrolled in or have completed a Machining Program at a Technical College or high school.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position will require an employee to perform the following functions effectively, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Stand for entire shift
- Move throughout the manufacturing area
- Able to effectively communicate verbally and written
- Required to occasionally lift to 50 pounds
