Industrial Electrician
Lakeside Book Company is looking for an Industrial Electrician who will work in all areas of our manufacturing processes. We will rely on your expertise to ensure our machines are operating well and maintained in a way that prevents unexpected downtime. As an Industrial Electrician, you will repair, install, modify and test highly technical printing and binding equipment in a modern manufacturing setting.
Industrial Electrician Salary Range: $28-$35/hour, based upon experience
Hours: Work only 50% of your days (4-crew) Days and Nights available
Location: 1005 Commercial Drive, Owensville, MO 65066

What You’ll Do:

• Work in a way that keeps you and your co-workers safe at all times.

• Repair, install, modify, troubleshoot, and test highly technical printing and binding equipment.

• Gather information and feedback from other departments around repairs and efficiency of our machines.

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair motors.

• Work with high and variable voltage, DC power and circuit controls, and 480 VAC phase 3 power wiring.

• Understand, repair, and program PLC, CNC, and robotic equipment and controls.

• Bring ideas to the table on how we can improve our processes and equipment.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in an industrial setting

• Experience working with single and multiple phase circuits with varying voltage output

• Experience with AC and DC power systems

• Familiar with VAC 480 3 Phase power wiring systems

• Understanding of PLCs and have experience programing them
