Job Title: Apartment Maintenance / Part time
Purpose:

House hold Repairs / Painting / Cleaning / Minor Plumbing

The Maintenance Porter is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance operations of the property or properties assigned through; responding to maintenance requests; completing unit turnovers; ensuring upkeep of such items as: the grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lot and other community buildings; executing maintenance programs as instituted by GEM, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, laws and company policies.

Painting , Plumbing and Janitorial services performed on a daily basis .

Part time - 2 to 3 days per week / Perfect 2nd job or to supplement Retirement Income

Must have your own tools.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Maintenance: 3 years (Preferred)
• Painting: 2 years (Preferred)
• Plumbing: 2 years (Preferred)
• electrical: 1 year (Preferred)
• Janitorial: 4 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
