While reporting to the Plant Engineer, you are accountable for; safety, quality, productivity and moral of the associates along with maintaining facility systems at optimal performance utilizing preventive maintenance and effective repairs. Other demands involve managing spare parts inventory and maintaining regulatory compliance (Environmental, OSHA, NFPA, etc.).

What you'll be doing:

• Teach and lead the safety process and best manufacturing practices for assigned crew.
• Identify, propose and implement capital projects to improve operations performance.
• Meet performance metric expectations using methods such as; 5S, 6 Sigma, Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing and lead maintenance department in process improvement activities.
• Build and maintain productive relationships that foster employees an assigned crew as well as counseling or discipline as needed.
• Ensure preventative maintenance program is implemented and maintained along with providing necessary preventative/predictive maintenance and equipment reliability resources to maximize output while controlling costs.

This position is located in Henderson, KY, in our Rigid Paper and Closures Division. We are seeking a high potential candidate with the desire for a significant amount of responsibility now in managing an entire manufacturing crew at this facility as well as the opportunity to develop and grow his or her career.

• You will have at least 2+ years of supervisory experience

Compensation:

The annual base salary range for this role is from $70,950 to $85,140, plus annual target bonus of 12.5% quarterly.
