We precision manufacture complex, difficult-to-manufacture components for the biggest, most-well-known original equipment manufacturers in aerospace and defense. As a maintenance team member you’ll be responsible for maintaining equipment and facilities to promote optimal operational availability.


Your day will go something like this


Here’s what you’ll be asked to do as a maintenance team member.


  • Troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Act as a liaison between company and OEM maintenance support
  • Install and maintain machine tool equipment
  • Install and maintain utility-related piping, wiring, and control
  • Control maintenance-owned tools, tester, etc., and keep maintenance area clean at all times
  • Perform preventive maintenance activities and documents per required systems
  • Support continuous improvement activities
  • Promote and ensure facility safety and security
  • Generate and maintain effective documentation for processes, procedures, and training purposes

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or experience


  • Associate or technical degree, preferably in a technical field or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Five years’ experience in a similar industrial or maintenance-related field
  • Ability to manage and prioritize time effectively
  • Ability to problem-solve advanced electrical controls, i.e. Siemens 840d multi-axis drive controls, Profibus, DIN Schematic
  • Ability to problem-solve advanced mechanical controls, i.e. geometrical alignments, hydraulics, pneumatics
  • Knowledge of HVAC, piping, communications, and electrical

  • Fabrication, assembly, disassembly

Language skills


  • Ability to write professionally for multiple outlets that conform to prescribed style and format
  • Ability to communicate verbally effectively

Reasoning ability


  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions provided in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

Computer skills


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Visio)
