- Central Tech’s calendar year starts July 1 and ends June 30. Time off includes:
- 12 sick days annually
- Accrue vacation hours monthly (equals 10 days annually)
- Three (3) personal days (must be used by June 30)
- Two (2) weeks for winter break (overlaps Christmas and New Years)
- One (1) week for Thanksgiving break
- One (1) week for spring break

Job Description:
POSITION: Maintenance Technician
CAMPUS: Drumright Campus
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Perform various jobs as designated of Operations Coordinator. Operate all types of equipment used in the mechanical field in the Maintenance Department. Perform repairs and/or preventive maintenance of all equipment.
RESPONSIBLE TO: Operations Coordinator
SKILLS REQUIRED: All areas of the mechanical trade and close attention to detail.
EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Minimum 5 years mechanical experience. Field experience with HVAC units, plumbing, electrical knowledge, and experience in commercial/industrial settings. Equipment repair, general maintenance, and operation of various equipment.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Regular attendance following a designated work schedule five days per week. Standing, stooping, pushing, and pulling, along with ability to move freely about campus with all maintenance equipment. Ability to move large pieces of furniture and equipment. Must possess and maintain a valid Oklahoma driver’s license.
STARTING DATE: June 1, 2023
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Support Employee,12-month contract, Non-Certified/Non-Exempt
