Essential Functions for Maintenance Tech 1
- Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment, including mechanical, pneumatic and electrical systems
- May assist other Technicians with troubleshooting and repair of production equipment
- Work with machine vendors to assist in repairing machines and ordering parts
- May assist in the installation of equipment
- Complete forms, records and reports manually and online to document the status of maintenance tasks and repairs
- Performs tool cleaning and tool prep as directed
- Performs other duties as directed

- May assist in setting up Pultrusion equipment

Physical Work Conditions
Position is located on the production floor, standing for up to 12 hours a day. Work with or around power tools, loud equipment and chemicals. Regularly lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds.
Hours of the Job
Nights - 5:00pm - 3:30am Monday through Thursday
Days - 7:00am - 3:30pm Monday through Friday
Pay
Entry Level - Mid: $21 - $25
Mid - High: $25 - $32
The Maintenance Technicians are responsible for troubleshooting and repair of production equipment. Scheduled preventative maintenance for production equipment and facility equipment. These positions also assist with tool cleaning, preparation, and set-up for production runs.
