Van Duyn Center is looking for a Maintenance Technicians for 2nd Shift (evening) & 3rd Shift (Overnight)
(Training occurs on 1st shift before moving to off shift hours for the position)

- Assist with general maintenance of the facility building and grounds
- Performs preventative maintenance services for equipment
- Tours and inspects the building/facility for safety concerns
- Prepare surfaces for painting.
- Paint and tile areas as assigned by the Director
- Provide remodeling/renovation as required
- Assist other maintenance staff as needed
- Snow removal during the winter season and lawn care other seasons
- Assist in outside errands for the facility
- Tours and inspects the building for safety concerns
- Performs preventive maintenance services for equipment needs
- Knowledge of maintenance procedures and guidelines
- Basic knowledge of maintenance techniques and tools
- Must be a team player
- Weekend availability required
