MRN, Ltd. is looking for a
Maintenance Tech. I in Cleveland, Ohio! Our Venues draw inspiration from the energetic atmosphere of the trendiest areas in Cleveland and provide a wide variety of engaging experience.
Job Overview:
Our Maintenance Tech. I will be paid a starting rate of
$15 per hour and be a
non-exempt employee. This position has a 90-day probationary period.
A Maintenance Tech. I will be asked to perform the following duties, including, and not limited to:
- Paint, patch small holes, and use a caulk gun
- Spray for bugs
- Change HVAC filters
- Install plastic sheeting over windows and hang shades and blinds
- Clean roof drains
- Assist Cleaners with maintaining the cleanliness of buildings, such as: cutting grass, shoveling snow, picking up trash, cleaning the floors, picking up trash, and other tasks when needed
- Complete all work orders and maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Retain a working knowledge of maintenance programs
- Attend daily site briefings with site manager
- Abide by company policies and directives
Mandatory Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, work in confined spaces, stand on feet for extended periods of time, work in changing environmental conditions, and climb, crouch, kneel, and maneuver up and down stairs, and ladders with no difficulty
- Understanding of basic hand tools, such as a tape measure
Preferred Experience/Knowledge:
- 1-2 years of maintenance experience and/or related training with apartment complexes
- High School Diploma or GED
