Maintenance Warehouse Administrator

Full Time

Plainview, NY

We are currently seeking a full time Maintenance Warehouse Administrator to handle the following:

• Maintain and organize inventory of tools and equipment within Plainview warehouse cages.
• Periodically inspect and test tools and equipment to insure proper operation. Sharpen and realign as needed. Replace items when warranted.
• Insure safe conditions and machinery within warehouse work areas.
• Engrave and/or tag all new tools with AHRC logo and/or initials.
• Open and maintain all accessible areas for deliveries, as well as runway for Fork-lift operation
• Maintain requisition processing for signing out warehouse tools and equipment.
• Ensure that work-related safety procedures are in place and are being adhered to by staff.
• Perform other duties (administrative record keeping, warehouse coverage, deliver and collect materials, taking in agency vehicles for inspection, etc.) as directed by the Facilities Maintenance Administrative Supervisor.

We require:

• Valid and clean NYS Driver’s License.
• Prior general maintenance experience preferred, including minor trade work repairs.
• Ability to perform physical labor.
