With its signature, open kitchen and breathtaking views of downtown Los Angeles & the Hollywood Hills, the 340 seats retractable rooftop haven invites the outside in as it blends great seafood with sushi and Asian influences and streaming, shareable style of service with a unique, open-air dining room and elevated, interactive atmosphere. With a focus on the food CATCH LA keeps it fresh, incorporating local and sustainable ingredients wherever possible as it cultivates a menu mix of Catch classics like the Catch Roll, Truffle Sashimi, Wagyu on a Rock and Cantonese Lobster with inspired renditions of Vegan and Gluten-Free additions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists management team in overseeing dining room operations, including reservations, greeting guests and supervision of staff
• Ensures proper set up dining room prior to service
• Acts as an ambassador to Catch culture
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all service areas

Apply now if you:

• Have 1-2 years Maitre d’ experience in a high volume, fine dining restaurant
• Are organized and proficient at multi-tasking
• Have a polished and well-groomed appearance
• Have a thorough knowledge of dining etiquette and protoco
• Have strong verbal communication skills
• Are committed to perfection and have a genuine passion for hospitality
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
• Have open availability to work days, nights and weekends
