Do you have at least five years of successful experience in soliciting major gifts (over $10,000) from donors? Do you enjoy creating and performing presentations, meeting with people (in person, via phone, or virtually), and attending networking or other events? Are you in central or northeastern PA, familiar with the state's major donors, willing to travel throughout our 30-county footprint, and willing to work a hybrid schedule that involves reporting to a corporate office 10-20% of the time? We're looking for someone who is comfortable with managing a portfolio of current and prospective individual donors. The primary focus will be on delivering ongoing communication and engagement opportunities that build relationships and lead to increasing investment in the work and mission of GSHPA.

To be successful in this role, you'll need professional experience with high-level donors. Experience with planned giving and annual appeals are also helpful! The ideal candidate will also be familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, and Adobe Acrobat; and if he or she already knows Raiser's Edge/Research Point, that's a huge plus!

This is a HYBRID position that will require coming to one of our corporate offices 10-20% of the time, so you can be located anywhere within our 30-county footprint in central or northeastern PA!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
