As a Galls Inside Sales Team Representative you will partner with Regional Account Executives, Account Executives and various cross-functional areas to service existing small – large managed customers. Managed Account team members focus on enhanced customer relationships with the objective of sales growth and retention, effective and professional service.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Establish and maintain relationships with identified small-large managed customers
  • Expand account and product knowledge to become a trusted resource for identified customer base.
  • Work with Regional and Account Executives to grow and retain target sales goals.
  • Identify and escalate share of wallet expansion opportunities.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual territory sales targets.
  • Update and maintain customer contact databases to include all account decision makers and account information to support ongoing sales and marketing outreach programs.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer call and email inquiries to meet service level and quality goals.
  • Collaborate with customer and internal resources to promote and maintain customer specific website – eQuip.
  • Enter and review pending orders to ensure accuracy and positive customer experience.
  • Facilitate timely completion of special customer requests (i.e. new product sourcing, custom design, and customer website-eQuip).
  • Coordinate customer special projects (i.e. new rollouts, recruit classes and annual purchases).
  • Provide resolution for various service issues to ensure customer satisfaction (i.e. order status, returns, errors).
  • Effectively communicate and follow-up on customers' service needs with cross-functional teams and vendors.
  • Contact inactive customers; identify and resolve any customer concerns; and attempt to reinstate as a Galls customer.
  • Assist with proactive contact to existing/prospective customers to identify needs in order to build customer base and increase sales opportunity.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 1-3 years of prior sales and service experience desired; ability to use service skillset to retain and grow sales
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, stay organized and manage priorities.
  • Knowledge of customer ordering procedures and ability to learn Galls internal business processes.
  • Problem solving, analytical, team collaboration and customer relations skills; must be an excellent communicator verbally and in writing.
  • Proficient with the internet, GQ, Galls intranet and Microsoft Windows (Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint).
