Managed Care Specialist

We are seeking a
Managed Care Specialist to:

Oversees all managed care contracts including provider applications, contract compliance, reimbursement analysis and PPO subcontracts for all billing providers.

Utilizes database software, web portals and filing systems to update and maintain provider profiles and credentialing documents.

Maintains managed care fee schedule, analyzing reimbursement to ensure compliance with contract terms, for multiple lines of business.
Education:
- At least four years experience in a health care business office environment.
Experience/Skills:
- Knowledge of managed care payors, basic contracts, PPO and HMO environments.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization and community.
- Proficiency in a variety of computer systems, software applications including Word and Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail required.
Pay:
