We are searching to fill a management trainee position in our company. They will work and train alongside managers and executives with the intention that one day they will move into a management role.

Responsibilities of the Management trainee:

• Participate with store management in interviewing, hiring, and training employees.

• Engages in assigned training projects.

• Willing to be trained from entry-level to a management position

• Exceptional work ethic

• Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize, plan, and organize activity

• Creating brand awareness to our clients target audience

• public speaking and motivational speaking

Requirements of the Management trainee:

• Customer Service / Restaurant / Hospitality / Retail experience preferred

• Experience in a leadership or coaching role strongly preferred

• Strong leadership, interpersonal and written and verbal communication

• We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit and loads of initiative

• Goal oriented, results driven and assertive

• Self-confidence

• Presentation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,678.00 - $50,288.00 per year
