Manager, Analytics Business Performance (hybrid/local remote)
Tandigm Health is looking for a Manager, Analytics Business Performance in the greater Philadelphia area, to help support our mission of positive disruption in healthcare!
The Manager, Analytics Business Performance is a key role within an innovative and growing healthcare organization with the mission of improving healthcare delivery across Southeastern PA. The role is highly visible, and the Manager must consistently exhibit behaviors that demonstrate Tandigm Health’s commitment to superior customer service, quality, care and concern for each and every teammate and stakeholder. The Manager must have the capabilities to succeed in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment as well as a corporate “shared service” organization. The Manger will be responsible for creating and managing the reporting of operational, clinical, and financial metrics for department heads and senior management while serving as a business partner to key stakeholders in the organization. The Manager will act as a point of contact for business area stakeholders to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and assist in monitoring and analyzing performance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Performance Measurement and Reporting
- Provide management and oversight of the Company’s objectives and key results performance management process to drive maximum productivity, improve data quality of reporting and ensure key deliverables are consistently met
- Develop and maintain enterprise reporting, self-service solutions, internal analytics, presentation and visualization
- Review and identify opportunities for simplification, standardization and automation as well as improve efficiency by eliminating non-value added work
- Work closely with Analytics Insights to explore further analysis on metrics warranting further attention and work with Analytics Optimization to define requirements for KPI creation
- Elevate, simplify and drive data and reporting within the organization
- Assist the organization on front end understanding of analytical tools to monitor performance
- On behalf of, and in close coordination with Senior Director or CFO, lead key initiatives as required
- Assist the SD and CFO in reporting to Finance/Audit, Board and other key stakeholder meetings
- Assist the SD and CFO in preparing the budget, planning, and forecast processes
- Assist the SD in report generation and analysis
Team Development/Leadership
- Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality
- Ensure staff members receive timely and appropriate training and development
- Mentor and develop staff using a supportive and collaborative approach: assign accountabilities; set objectives; establish priorities; and monitor and evaluate results
- Manage the workload and efficiencies of direct reports
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Business Management or other related fields, or equivalent work experience (Master's Preferred)
EXPERIENCE:
- 6-10 years of experience including 3-5 years within the healthcare industry
- Prior experience managing financial and/or data analysts preferred
- Demonstrated ability to form, lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Experience in analyzing business performance
- 2-4 years working with a Business Intelligence reporting tool (Tableau Preferred)
- A self-starter who is also a team player with demonstrated abilities to collaborate effectively across the business

- Commercial acumen - ability to understand key business drivers and work with leadership team to drive results
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and visually communicate analysis outcomes
- Ability to reach consensus across internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytic & problem solving skills with keen attention to detail and an investigative nature.
- Working Knowledge of Business Intelligence solutions and Microsoft Office applications.
- A self-starter able to deliver independently or through others
