Thrive in an environment of teamwork and opportunity. We are currently looking to fill the position of a manager.

You will be responsible for cooking on a flat top grill and fryers, cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff, preparing food neatly and in a timely manner, packaging orders, using a point of sale system/cash register for taking orders over the phone and at the register, chopping vegetables, preparing sauces and other food preparations, cleaning of the back of the house and front of the house, keeping the kitchen properly stocked, etc and excellent customer service!

Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, experience in supervising and training staff.

Essential Functions:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Directs staff to ensure that food safety, product preparation and cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Must be able to work any and and all areas of the restaurant.
• Handles customer complaints and queries in an efficient and professional manner.
• Able to report specific manager duties.
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
• Able to train staff in an efficient way.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.50 - $16.00 per hour
