Who We Need:

We're looking for a Manager, Clinical Services to join our team full time. This role will report to our Director of Nursing.

EasyHealth Medical Solutions completes Annual Wellness Visits for Medicare members/patients of primary care physicians, medical groups, and health plans we serve. The Manager, Clinical Services' duties include project management, preparing meeting documents, light bookkeeping, and arranging special meetings. We are searching for an experienced self-starter who is resourceful, organized, independent and works well in a team. Professional demeanor, great attitude, excellent phone and computer skills, and a strong work ethic are required.

**Only considering those with previous Healthcare Experience**

Compensation:

• $60,000-$65,000 (based experience)

Locations:

• Remote (Equipment provided)

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (PST availability)

What You'll Do:

• Spreadsheet & scheduling management (Excel / AirTable / Outlook / Slack / Powerpoint / Google Drive)
• Prepare meeting documents (Confluence)
• Assist with payroll spreadsheets
• Assist and own special project assigned by the CMO, Chief of Staff, and/or Director of Clinical Service
• Patient coordinator support, including phone calls, EMR scheduling and management
• Daily oversee of provider and medical assistant scheduling
• Data entry of clinical notes and uploading of documents
• Assist with checking and uploading credentialing documents (Docusign)
• Act as the liaison between senior leadership, clinical team, and patients.
• Additional task and duties as required.

Who You Are:

• Experience in healthcare and familiarity with medical terminology (Required)
• Detail oriented.
• Able to cultivate excellent interpersonal relationships with medical staff, patients, partners.
• Excellent organizational skills in maintaining patient files and appointment schedules.
• Experience Emailing or Phone Calls for Prospective Patients.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Sound abilities with computers, and programs such as Gmail, Microsoft 365 OneDrive, SharePoint, Adobe PDF, Excel, PowerPoint and Word .
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Undergraduate degree (Associate or Bachelors degree) (Preferred).
• Able to work in a quiet environment isolated and free of distractions remotely.
