Job Summary:

Reporting directly into the Director of Client Insights and Innovation, the Manager – General Practice Activation will deliver exceptional service and serve as a key thought and execution partner for the General Practice (GP) business line. They will provide insights on key customer metrics and partner with GP leadership to activate the insights into action to better service our clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify KPI, metric and insight opportunities for our General Practice (GP) business
  • Synthesize findings by division, develop recommendations and communicate results (what is working, what is not)
  • Identify opportunities to drive and improve performance
  • Proactively meet with divisional leadership to drive process and product improvements
  • Consult divisional leaders on recommendations to drive positive change in the General Practice business line
  • Some of the initiatives the Manager, General Practice Activation will own and drive in the coming year include:
    • Develop and align stakeholders to key business outcome metrics and definitions, e.g., new client %, retention %, visits, capacity, DVM utilization, etc.
    • Identify best process to report on KPIs/ metrics/ insights on a regular cadence
    • Establish relationship with the GP business leaders to active change
    • Consult GP business line on areas of opportunity and monitor progress over time
    • Inform the innovation pipeline based on insights identified from client, finance and HR data sets

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5+ years in business analysis, analytics and/ or management consulting
  • Experience building corporate reporting and insights/ analytics tools
  • Excellent analytics experience with ability to tease out data and insights and a willingness to dig into large data sets
  • Experience working with and developing insights from internal and external data sets
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA degree is preferred
  • Experience with franchise models is a plus
  • 10% travel
  • Fully remote
