Under the direction of the Director, ensures efficient housekeeping & textile operations & provides top quality guest service. Bachelor's degree with two (2) to four (4) years of housekeeping supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of education, supervisory and housekeeping experience required. Ability to read & interpret financial documents & must possess the financial knowledge necessary to assist in the creation of & adherence to departmental budgets. Must possess proven leadership ability necessary to provide general guidance to subordinate personnel & develop short-term goals.Demonstrates problem-solving ability. Must possess strong interpersonal skills necessary for verbal & written communications to subordinates, guests & other management. Required to become proficient w/dept specific computer programs.
