Who you are:

The Manager, Marketing and Communications will execute the strategic marketing initiatives of the

Inbound Exchanges team, promoting CIEE Bridge, USA programs that bring exchange visitors from other countries to the U.S.

The Inbound Exchanges Marketing Team will support events (which we use to sell to and cultivate key stakeholders in each business line), storytelling (web, email, and print which we use to sell to and cultivate key stakeholders), and to support current participants on their journey (using email and web).

The Marketing Manager reports to the Director of Marketing and will manage one Marketing

Coordinator.


What you’ll do
:

  • Effectively manage multiple projects across several product groups
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on-time and on-budget
  • Manage development and delivery of successful marketing strategies, across print, web, digital,

blogs, and social media

  • Act as primary project manager within the marketing team to ensure effective and timely

implementation of marketing strategy

  • Manage day-to-day traffic across initiatives to ensure timely execution of marketing strategies
  • Under the direction of the Director of Marketing, work closely with sales stakeholders to

develop content for existing and new campaign and communication materials including digital

campaigns, email, social media, websites, advertising, promotional items, and stakeholder

events

  • Manage relationships with outside vendors and designers in support of marketing objectives
  • Identify internal business needs and recommend specific solutions to new or changing customer

needs

  • Ensure all-around brand consistency though all marketing activities


What you’ll bring:

  • 3 years of hands-on marketing experience
  • Copywriting and editing experience for print, social and digital arenas
  • Creative, loves to problem solve and launch new initiatives
  • Results-driven, with a keen aptitude for managing to deadlines
  • High expectations for quality content development
  • Open to feedback and an effective collaborator
  • Competence and familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, etc), Asana, or

other project management systems (Asana preferred)

  • Salesforce experience a plus
  • Proven ability to work with a variety of people in and outside the organization
  • Excellent English writing and editing
