Chartwell’s is seeking a Marketing Manager for the University of New Mexico-Albuquerque, NM. Our Marketing Manager will be responsible for crafting and implementing customized marketing plans/solutions for our dining programs on campus. Focusing on growth strategies for growing sales, improving customer/client satisfaction, and promoting Chartwell’s brand while generating events and activities to build an outstanding student experience.

You will have the opportunity to be a part of and or own the following:

• Working on signage and marketing for multi-unit complex
• Ongoing interaction with key clients and campus departments ( internal and external brands on the campus )
• Supervise graphic designer and interns
• Client interaction
• Planning special events with chef, community, working with monthly marketing calendar that comes out from Chartwell's corporate
• Tabling to drive voluntary meal plans, community communication related to changes/hours of operations, drive on campus partnerships with on campus clubs/student associations
• Educate on health and wellness while working with Campus RD
• Manages social media and digital content and monthly client newsletters
• Goals: interaction with campus departments is key, attention to operations and executing according to standards
• Going through some refreshes to our concepts/brands-new brands coming onto campus
