A bit about this role:
The Manager of Telehealth Technology will manage a team supporting our telehealth program and all associated technology. This includes video conference software, medical devices (including iPads and mobile device management software); and support of users of these technologies. This role reports to the Head of Enterprise Support and Technology.
What you will manage:

Mobile Device Management Implementation of hundreds of devices

Telehealth video conferencing platform for hundreds of clinicians and thousands of appointments

Shipping and logistics to ship devices around the United States
-
In-Office hardware coordination and inventory
-
Reporting to accountable stakeholders
-
Procuring additional hardware, software, and services to align with the growth of the program

Innovation and improvements for both hardware and software
Responsibilities:

Deploy and maintain a fleet of hundreds of iPads. These are managed with MDM software, and are deployed to individuals across the country. They are shipped from a centralized location and organized inside of Devoted Health’s proprietary software.

Administration of video conferencing software for telehealth. This will connect both to member personal devices, and iPad fleet.

Enable team members who require medical devices to be deployed and onboarded with their devices, in addition to technical systems.

Supervise associate team shipping devices, and support employee connectivity.

Partner with leadership on vendor management and budget planning for growth initiatives.

Partner with operational teams to share reporting, and update workflows.
Required skills and experience:

Healthcare provider experience
-
Deep understanding of USPS and UPS shipping logistics

Mobile Device Management experience

Strong documentation skills, and comfortable tracking work within a project planning solution

Ability to lift 30 lb. boxes of hardware

Must live near Boston, or be willing to travel 25% to our office in Waltham

Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000 per year
