The Manager Patient Financial Services in the Revenue Cycle Management department will oversee Patient Access functions within the CCRM Network Revenue Cycle. This position is responsible for measuring, monitoring and managing the Patient Access team and their associated tasks. This position will ensure accurate patient demographic intake, new patient paperwork completion, timely patient communication, collection of visit and account balance payments, account review and claim submission. This position reports directly to the Director, Revenue Cycle Management.

What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Oversee functions of patient access to ensure patient satisfaction as it relates to registration and check out.
  • Provide continuous process improvement with development of standard operating procedures for the Registration and Check Out teams.
  • Provide training for RCM Registration and Check Out staff.
  • Develop reports that will provide requested data/KPI’s to the management team.
  • Fosters inclusivity and equity between the practice and corporate staff.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, strongly preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle functions.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains direct reports.
  • Oversees the daily workflow of the staff and department.
  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with Company policies.]

FLSA Status

Exempt (salaried)

Pay Range

$75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year, paid bi-weekly plus bonus potential
Actual compensation offered will be determined based on the selected candidate’s skills, education, and experience.
