What You’ll Do Every Day
- Oversee functions of patient access to ensure patient satisfaction as it relates to registration and check out.
- Provide continuous process improvement with development of standard operating procedures for the Registration and Check Out teams.
- Provide training for RCM Registration and Check Out staff.
- Develop reports that will provide requested data/KPI’s to the management team.
- Fosters inclusivity and equity between the practice and corporate staff.

- Must have a strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management.
- Strong ability to develop reports, analyze data and provide summaries to management.
- Ability to create clear, concise standard operating procedures for revenue cycle staff

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, strongly preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle functions.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains direct reports.
- Oversees the daily workflow of the staff and department.
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with Company policies.]
