Responsibilities:
As the corporate recruiting manager you will make sure the recruiting strategies used by the team are forward thinking and well implemented. You will provide advice to your internal customers on recruiting, interviewing and improving the candidate experience.
- Leading the Corporate TA team for our rapidly growing Support Center
- Designing a world class experience for candidates and managers alike
- Continuing to build out and optimize our processes in our applicant tracking system
- Improving hiring manager interview skills and understanding of our process
- Partner with C-Suite leaders on Director and above hires within defined time to fill goals.
- Ensure workload is balanced across the team and priorities are clear. Maintain metrics to demonstrate the team’s performance.
- Continuously improve the process, in particular our commitment to the scorecard process, and Hiring Methodology (ghSmart) and Behavioral Assessment Tool (Predictive ndex).
- Proactively source candidates for future hiring needs who match our workforce plan; increase number of candidates in talent community (database) for the departments where we anticipate in-year hiring.
- Own hiring manager training and refresher content.
- Drive internal referral and job marketing strategy; increase awareness of open positions internally
- Oversee Glassdoor and LinkedIn strategies; ensure our support center employment brand messaging is aligned on all forums both internally and externally.
- Serve as a point of escalation for hiring managers. Mentor and coach team members.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years recruiting experience with leadership and operational responsibilties
- Prior experience working in a startup preferred
- Strong knowledge of the Phoenix/Scottsdale market required
- Prior experience with iCIMS required
- Demonstrated skills in recruitment process design
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must possess a strong desire to delight candidates
