Hourly Pay Range (Minimum - Midpoint - Maximum):

$52.340 - $67.536 - $82.731


The stated pay scale reflects the range that Sharp reasonably expects to pay for this position. The actual pay rate and pay grade for this position will be dependent on a variety of factors, including an applicant’s years of experience, unique skills and abilities, education, alignment with similar internal candidates, marketplace factors, other requirements for the position, and employer business practices.


What You Will Do

The Sharp Experience Manager is responsible for executing day-to-day operations that advance and enculturate Sharp HealthCare's brand – The Sharp Experience.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Business and Communication Or
  • Bachelor's Degree Organizational Development
  • 2 Years Leadership

Other Qualification Requirements
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Greenbelt preferred.

Essential Functions
  • In partnership with the Director of Culture, Learning and Organizational Development, plan and execute the annual All-Staff and All-Physicians Assemblies, including but not limited to selection of venue, speakers, contract negotiations, vendor management and facilitating interdepartmental support.
  • Directs the system-wide reward and recognition efforts through coordination of the CORE and Pillar of Excellence Awards Process.
  • Manages system-wide community outreach efforts through leadership of the Sharp Lends a Hand initiative.
  • Provides direction and editorial guidance for the department’s communique, including newsletters, blogs, SharpNet, Sharp.com, printed materials, creative deliverables and scripts.
  • Maintains the continued development of a robust digital presence to inspire, celebrate and educate team members.
  • Partners with Consumer Research and The Sharp University to ensure that the foundation of the Sharp Experience (behavior standards, AIDET, must haves, etc.) are woven into improvement and training initiatives.
  • Participates and leads organizational initiatives to create a culture of spirit and pride for Sharp team embers, connecting employees to the purpose of their work and the difference we make every day.
  • Develops materials to support experience initiatives.
  • Works in conjunction with HR and Talent Management and other operational areas to enhance Sharp Experience resources into training and reference materials.
  • Collaborate with department and system leadership to effect changes needed to evolve the Sharp Experience.
