The Treasury Team is responsible for the development, implementation, research, and review of treasury and compliance processes for transaction requests and other items created on behalf of our clients. This includes staying current with industry and financial regulations and standards. This position is fast-paced, high volume and team oriented. This position will assist in coaching teammates and the oversight of Treasury operations. Monitoring industry changes and their impact on our company. Coordinating transaction preparation and review, ensuring accurate, timely delivery to clients. Complete transaction reviews in backup capacity and advise teams on electronic payment and banking platform applications. Oversee Treasury’s banking function such as online administration and account signatory. Develop companywide trainings on Treasury procedures. Assess internal controls and monitor adherence to documented procedures. Proficiency to professionally and confidently advise colleagues on processes is required. Projects and ad hoc tasks will be assigned to this position as needed.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
- Collaborate with bank relationship teams to maintain client bank accounts and account signatory;
- Manage online banking administration, entitling user access across internal accounting teams;
- Oversight of client banking and administration files;
- Assist with annual and periodic performance reviews;
- Participate in one-on-one coaching with assigned staff members;
- Preparation and analysis of department reporting;
- Collaborate with Internal Audit to assure adherence to documents controls and procedures;
- Obtain and demonstrate thorough understanding of 20+ online banking platforms;
- Complete electronic approval and/or release on banking systems as needed;
- Coordinate transaction preparation and reviews among team members;
- Oversee the review of investor wire instructions and cash distributions to investors;
- Scanning and monitoring KYC/OFAC compliance and watch lists;
- Staying up-to-date on compliance initiatives;
- Provide training and guidance to teams on new treasury implementations such as wire upload/import templates for large volume wire distributions and;
- Coordination and completion of special projects as assigned by management.

- Excellent client service skills with an aptitude to understand the clients’ business and maintain strong client relationships;
- Dedication and motivation to achieve high standards of client service and professional in the performance of duties;
- Ability to organize and prioritize work and;
- Demonstrate sound research, interpretive and problem-solving abilities.
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field;
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in Banking, Treasury, Accounting or Finance, with direct exposure to electronic payments;
- Experience overseeing other associates;
- Professional accreditation such as CTP or CAMS will be highly considered;
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask without hindering accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced environment with competing demands is a must;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required;
- Experience with LexisNexis, Check Factory, and online banking platforms will be highly considered;
- Highly motivated to own projects and to see them through to completion;
- Planning and problem-solving skills required and;
- Ability to communicate and interact professionally and effectively through written and oral communication with current and potential clients.
