HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Drive results – Leading Breakdown Elimination, Maintenance Planning & Scheduling, and the execution of Shop, BAVA, & Lubrications Systems. This role will also be leading an Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) department, managing maintenance cost, supporting Projects, and collaborating across the site with departments.
- Build effective teams - Coach and develop site managers & operating department managers in the organization on the methodology. Coaching and development of the Technical and E&I Managers so they can effectively coach and enable their organization to execute predictable maintenance downtimes and root cause analysis of failures.
- Lead strategically – Ownership responsibility of the scorecard measures for the maintenance and E&I departments (safety, quality, productivity, morale, cost) and the culture in the department – safety, quality, and organizational.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Previous experience leading a manufacturing department, supporting technical work, projects, and has managed a manufacturing budget.- Exceptional ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
- High school diploma/GED
