- Varied Responsibilities: Hunting Energy Services, a publicly traded company is seeking an experienced Front-Line Supervisor for our Day Shift M-F Operations in Fryeburg, Maine. In this role you will directly manage the day-to-day activities of 10-15 Machinists ensuring coordination between all shifts and functional departments directly supporting manufacturing.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must therefore be U.S. citizens and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- HS Diploma, 2-year Associates or higher education preferred
- Minimum Five years in a front-line manufacturing leadership position with demonstrated leadership behaviors and practices supporting Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Cost Metrics.
- CNC Machining desired
- Manufacturing Technology experience a plus
- Lean Manufacturing experience a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective problem-solving skills and solutions oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Manufacturing Operations Manager Assists the manufacturing manager with the development and preparation of short and long-term goals, budgets, staffing requirements and operating plans.
- Leads the effort to implement best practices within their scope of responsibility.
