Likewize is searching for a Market & Competitive Intelligence Manager to join our Team at our global Headquarters in Southlake, TX.
In this role, you will deliver the Insights and Intelligence globally. This role is suited to someone with experience in managing a Market Intelligence service. Ideally from a background in Telecoms and/or Research, candidate is required to have in depth understanding of the Wireless Technology and Telecommunications Industry. The role also requires the candidate to have High Communication skills needed to engage across the wider organization, both functionally, and geographically.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Your day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Establishing a baseline view of the global tech protection marketplace.
- Building out Insights & Intelligence Portfolio across Protect, Support, Repair, and Upgrade.
- Managing existing products and services reporting tailored to the Customer’s needs with further development locally of the same.
- Maintaining management of Research, Database and Reports.
- Liaise with various Business functions to produce Insights based on Global Intelligence.
- Assist Insights & Intelligence Business to provide service in full.
- Write up of Periodic Wireless Reports, Contribute to Whitepapers, Analysis and Articles on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with Global Teams, to build out local awareness.
- Identify Innovate Products and Services at a Global Level.

- Bachelor's degree OR equivalent work experience.
- Excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage workload and priorities independently.
- Analytical Background & Passion for Wireless & Technology Industries or Consumer Products (preferable).
- Report Writing – Experience in Creative Report Writing and/or Creative Technology Journalism.
- Ability to apply technical understanding to business scenarios.
- Advanced Microsoft Office – Excel and PowerPoint and/or Apple Keynote and Pages.
- Structured Thinking and ability to design clear concise Insights to effectively communicate the message.
- Relationship & Team Management experience.
