New Horizon Foods and Consolidated Management provide on-site institutional food service management to the following markets: Senior Dining; Residential Behavioral Health Centers; College Dining; Corporate Cafeterias; and County Correctional Facilities.

We are seeking a marketing professional to research new business opportunities in all related institutional dining service sectors and provide overall marketing support by creating high quality proposals, presentations, correspondence, and marketing materials.

The Role

  • Research opportunities and conditions in local, regional, national, or online markets seeking new sales opportunities for the Company.
  • Provide the Sales Team with information regarding changes and trends in the market including, but not limited to, new types of programs, new pool of prospects, new competitors, and changes in competitor strategy. Work with the Sales Team to keep branding and messaging relevant and fresh.
  • Conduct marketing efforts of established prospects in the CRM database. Collaborate with Sales Team to maintain CRM. Determine prospects needs and develop and maintain relationships with appropriate prospect contacts. Follow through with commitments and requested call backs.
  • Maintain trade show calendar and attend trade shows. Develop trade show materials and messaging.
  • Ensure information requirements in RFPs are met. Ensure proposals are completed and delivered on time. Follow up on lost bids and request bid tabulations, results, and rationale.

Experience:

  • Bachelor s or Associate degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
  • 2 plus years experience in a related role preferred
  • 2 plus years experience working in CRM software preferred

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and database systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Detail-oriented
