Overview
The Brand & Marketing team at WS is looking for a hero to blend our disparate data into useful collections, analyze it, and tell us how we can improve our overall performance. Our retail developments provide a premium experience for our guests, and we want to use data to ensure that every email, ad, and social post is well received. Your work will lead the way here. In this role, you will have the opportunity and tools to bring structure to our data and processes to ensure its complete and accessible for analysis. Your colleagues on the marketing team and at each of the shopping centers are eager to learn and will gladly support your efforts.
Responsibilities
- Integrate data from our CRM, paid media, web analytics, social media, sales, and location data services to develop meaningful insights that inform each of these programs individually and our marketing strategy as a whole.
- Create per-property reports at various cadences and present insights to marketing and property management
- Regularly transfer learnings from individual properties to the full portfolio of properties to ensure best practices are adopted
- Develop meaningful digital KPIs and assist properties in forecasting and tracking their progress
- Develop automated data audits and quality assurance systems to ensure data accuracy
- Create automated reports in Meta Ad Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics and Iconosquare for use by you, management, and the field teams
- Generate new dashboard platform requirements for our Microsoft BI dashboards
- Manage UTM library and ensure adherence from media and field marketing teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in a technical field such as Business Analytics, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Stats, etc.
- 3+ years of professional experience in a business analysis or data analyst role
- A data storyteller, experienced with data visualization software and dashboard building (e.g., Microsoft BI, Tableau, Domo, Excel - preference for experience with Google Data Studio)
- Experience with consumer CRM and email systems such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Constant Contact or Mail Chimp.
- Experience working with UTM codes, Google Tag Manager and the Facebook tracking pixel
- Experience with paid media performance data from Meta Ad Manager, Google Ads and DSPs (Trade Desk, Mediamath, Xaxis, etc.)
- Strong data manipulation and analysis skills (e.g., Excel, SQL) and web analytics (GA360 preferred)
- A desire to learn data automation and insights tools/processes such as ETL, SQL, Python, and R
