POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Associate role will need to be a dependable, client service-oriented professional with excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills. The marketing associate can expect to work closely with cross functional teams and marketing managers, do research, edit copy, and follow trends. Reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager, their responsibilities include helping to analyze data, forecast trends, and assess customer satisfaction. They may also be asked to liaise between company and client.
To be successful as a marketing associate you must understand the importance of confidentiality, stay up-to-date with the real estate industry and marketing trends, and be a good writer and speaker. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent word processing software skills, presentation know-how, and experience with relevant technology.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the marketing team in the planning and execution of multi-channel initiatives
- Oversee projects end-to-end, including managing stakeholder expectations and handle communication with outside vendors
- Inclusive of development of renderings and VR tours
- Maintain SOP and share recommendations on ways to improve efficiencies
- Ideate and execute new campaigns for social media and paid media assets for ESRT, including recommending tenant and vacant spaces to feature and crafting narratives through video and photography execution
- Lead the development, production and distribution of ESRT initiatives
- Organize and lead quarterly check-ins with ESRT agents to proactively prepare for future needs and conduct market research
- Complete competitive analysis monthly
- Oversee the implementation of improvements across property marketing materials/initiatives
- Oversee ESRT reporting to leadership and stakeholders
- VTS, CoStar, Flipping Book, QR Codes and Salesforce campaigns
- Analyze Salesforce data to provide strategic recommendations related to available spaces
- Ideate and execute recommendations for growth and data improvements
- Contribute to the design and install phases of ESRT marketing centers
- Craft messaging and copy for custom pitch presentations
- Oversee window signage for retail availabilities and lobby signage
- Create portfolio and building specific videos for marketing promotions
- Ideate and deploy tenant-facing marketing materials
- Oversee download and engagement campaigns related to ESRT tenant app
- Craft a strategy and execute Captivate elevator screens
- Assist with the scheduling of meetings and coordinating agendas
- Update portfolio, building and space listing data across marketing channels
- Coordinate tenant and vacant space photography, video and Matterport tours, and develop shot lists
- Create, maintain, and expand the ESRT visual library (images and video)
- Additional responsibilities as directed

REQUIRED SKILLS/ ABILITIES

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing
- Real estate industry experience a plus

The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $80,000. Salary is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, job location, size of property where applicable, and/or certifications.
