Our client is currently looking for a strong marketing candidate for a Marketing Communications Manager position. This hire will develop, implement and track the company’s marketing and communications efforts. This role will work with the company’s department heads in order to support various internal and external marketing and communication projects. The job responsibilities will include all digital media, gathering analytics, website design, social media management, customer-facing content and more. Responsibilities:
  • Manage the company’s written content for external and internal audiences.
  • Develop and manage company’s marketing and communications initiatives.
  • Coordinate, create and publish material for emails, social media, newsletters and company website.
  • Create marketing materials including presentations and customer-facing content.
  • Develop brand awareness and online reputation.
  • Maintain up to date and engaging online content.
  • Drive marketing decisions by using analytics, data and market research.
  • Represent company in high-level meetings and events.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of marketing and communications experience.
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, advertising, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including, but not limited to PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or SAP.
  • A strong knowledge of social channels as well as ad management platforms and interfaces including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google+, Pinterest, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Experience in web design and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • High energy, a creative mind and a results-oriented personality.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.
