Ready to kick your career into high gear? Virginia Tire & Auto is looking for a Marketing & Content Specialist to join our growing team. We are looking for a knowledgeable marketing professional with experience executing brand marketing through local events and digital ads.

Job Description

This role will be responsible for the development of all marketing assets that are used across all channels, including but not limited to digital, direct mail, website, and in-store elements. There will be opportunity to develop new creative concepts as well as fine tune successful existing creative elements. This role also supports the production of creative assets, partnering with a variety of print and direct mail vendors to execute materials based on key milestones.

Responsibilities

Overall duties include, but are not limited to:

• Work directly with the Marketing Director and other marketing team members to develop creative for a variety of channels
• Design and create graphics for marketing, recruiting, training and operations departments
• Develop creative strategy for marketing campaigns
• Design animations and videos for digital and website use
• Coordinate print mailer production with 3rd party vendors
• Run reporting and analysis for print mailer performance and provide strategy recommendations
• Work with print vendors on logistics of assets to stores
• Pull mailing lists from point-of-sale system for service reminder mailings
• Build dynamic emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Assist with other marketing tasks such as supporting customer service needs and roadside assistance claims
• Manage and update in-store digital signage
• Some ability for photography work a plus
• Fulfill print orders from stores and warehouse requests

Basic Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in marketing environment, preferably retail
• BA or BS degree
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop as well as Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Knowledge and use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Passion for customer communications
