Job Summary:

Assists with development and implementation of marketing communications projects to convey the features and benefits of Company products and services, support business strategies, and enhance the Company’s reputation and market presence. Writes and edits print-based and digital communications in collaboration with staff and various contributors. Coordinates production and distributes materials to appropriate channels.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Collaborates with communications team to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Writes high-impact marketing copy to promote product offerings including print collateral, websites, emails, advertisements, blogs, social media, etc.
  • Coordinates marketing efforts for tradeshows and conferences.
  • Works closely with the creative services team on the design and production of marketing collateral.
  • Provides administrative support including, but not limited to, printing and shipping, file maintenance, company intranet resources, and monthly/annual subscriptions and expenses.
  • Coordinates inventory and shipping of conference materials including booths, banners, literature, giveaways, etc.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • Two (2) years of marketing experience.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience managing projects and timelines from planning through completion of a project.
  • Ability to interface with internal and external contacts at all levels.
  • Ability to work on several projects simultaneously and prioritize work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Good proof-reading skills.
  • Experience using SalesForce and WordPress preferred, but not required.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and in coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to create and implement processes to drive quality, speed, and volume.
  • Ability to work with computers and the necessary software typically used by the department.
