Job description

Our client is a large, well-established commercial finance entity that spans the globe. They are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join their team in Austin, TX

Qualified candidates should have at least 2 years of experience within a marketing coordinator capacity – with an great eye for design.

• Reports to Marketing Manager
• Project management across multiple groups, including marketing, analysts, and brokers to ensure project deadlines are met
• Designs, prepares, and writes content for proposals, flyers, teasers, offering memorandums, and all other marketing materials for listings and RFPs
• Performs up-to-date market research for Central Texas region
• Researches, writes, designs and produces comprehensive multifamily market research reports for Austin and San Antonio
• Creates and manages listing websites and e-blasts using Listing Lab
• Writes and manages press releases for closed deals, working closely with corporate communications to distribute
• Coordinates with third-party vendors for photography, video/aerial footage, and virtual tours for listings
• Assists with administrative-based tasks, including but not limited to database management, vendor invoice submissions, active listing reports, and general technology troubleshooting

• Researching, writing, and editing
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Microsoft Excel
• HTML/CSS
• Video and photo editing
• Data visualization
• Design and prepare engaging presentations with compelling content and visuals
• Experience with deadline-based project management
