ROLE DESCRIPTION

Gap International is looking for a Marketing Generalist who will play a central role in marketing and communications for Gap International.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving marketing initiatives across different areas within Marketing. Specifically, you will support our brand awareness, client acquisition & engagement, and marketing operations efforts. You will be critical to the successful delivery of our marketing goals across the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing and sales strategies
• Perform research and analysis to support marketing and sales initiatives
• Assist with content marketing, including content development and maintenance
• Assist with digital marketing, SEO, SEM, SMM, and email marketing campaigns
• Assist with CRM/MQL management
• Assist with event marketing and PR initiatives
• Assist with assessment of marketing campaigns by tracking and analyzing campaign data
• Partner with sales and consulting leaders to develop materials for clients
• Manage the Marketing Library to ensure ease of use and brand integrity
• Manage Marketing Department files/assets
• Manage Marketing inventory
• Support Marketing Department as needed

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-3 years of marketing or marketing communications experience
• Undergraduate degree: BA in Marketing, Communications
• Experience with various marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and content management systems
• Experience working on SEO, SEM, SMM, and email marketing campaigns
• Experience with email platforms such as Hubspot, Constant Contact, MailChimp, or similar
• Skilled with Microsoft Office Suite
• Technically capable, excellent communicator, nimble learner, with ongoing drive to improve processes and efficiency
• Up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize various projects based on changing business requirements
• Ability to multitask and perform under deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
