Cornerstone Wealth Management LLC is a national financial services firm looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to serve as an essential team member in our growing firm.

Marketing Manager Responsibilities

• Serve as the main marketing contact for Cornerstone’s community of financial advisors, sharing marketing ideas, resources and best practices
• Research and evaluate marketing opportunities and objectives for advisors
• Create a variety of customized marketing materials, including social media posts, brochures, flyers, websites, event collateral, print and digital ads, radio and video scripts, etc.
• Help plan and execute events for advisors and clients
• Collaborate with recruiting team to develop and implement marketing strategy to attract more advisors to Cornerstone
• Provide marketing and communication support to new advisors joining Cornerstone

• Maintain firm and advisor websites, as well as intranet for internal communication
• Execute day-to-day marketing activities, as well as helping advisors plan long-term strategies
• Stay up-to-date on marketing trends and resources, including third-party marketing tools, to recommend to advisors
• Communicate regularly with senior leaders about marketing projects and strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Skilled in writing and editing content with attention to detail
• Strong prioritization, organization and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)

• Has experience in the financial service industry (but not required)
