Marketing Manager Job Description

Peak Performance Physical Therapy is looking for a Marketing Manager who is proactive, innovative, and passionate about what our company has to offer. Applicant should be able to reach consumers through digital and traditional platforms and integrate marketing efforts across the company. The Marketing Manager will be in the field often to meet with current community partners in addition to building new partnerships. Essential job tasks include developing marketing plans and devising out-of-the-box strategies for reaching patients. Product of this position:

• An abundance of professional and patient referrals with kept appointments. An abundance of patient direct reaches for services and a widely exposed profitable image in the community.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing marketing department
• Developing a pricing strategy that maximizes profits and market share but considers customer satisfaction.
• Identifying new customers.
• Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
• Creating promotions.
• Understanding and working within budgets.
• Compiling lists describing our organization's offerings.
• Developing and managing advertising campaigns.
• Organizing company internal and external major events.
• Building brand awareness and positioning.
• Evaluating and maintaining a marketing strategy.
• Directing, planning and coordinating marketing efforts.
• Communicating the marketing plan.
• Developing each marketing campaign from start to finish.
• Researching demand for the organization's products and services.
• Evaluating competitors.
• Handling social media, public relation efforts, and content marketing.
• Coordination of existing marketing contracts.

Marketing Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or master's degree in marketing or business administration.
• 3+ years in a marketing position
• Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan.
• Experience with online marketing, including social media, content marketing, GEO fencing, campaign creation, etc.
• Experience with Adobe and digital creatives.
• Understanding of public relations.
• Advanced communication skills.
• Ability to quickly adapt to change.

Schedule:

• This position is Full-time, although it may require coordinating different schedules and locations.
