POSITION SUMMARY
We are currently seeking a Masker. The masker prepares parts for paint and masking operation.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand and apply work order instructions and sketches to prepare parts for paint.
- Sand, strip or tape off parts to prepare parts for paint.
- Arrange parts on table or racks.
- Ability to move parts through paint process, organize work flow to painter and maintain product traceability.
Required Skills/Competencies
- Ability to read and understand work orders.
- Ability to be on your feet and/or sit for extended periods of time and to organize work flow.
- Ability to work in a team environment with positive results.
- Ability to meet production and quality requirements with minimum supervision.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCES
- High school diploma or high school equivalency preferred. Candidates that do not have a high school diploma or high school equivalency will be required to take a pre-employment assessment to be considered for the role.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
