Spherion is hiring Material Handlers in Lebanon, IN.

Shifts & Pay:

• 1st Shift: M-F 7am-3:30pm (OT IS 5AM-3:30PM) - $16.50/HR
• 2nd Shift: M-F 3:30pm-12:00am (OT IS 3:30P-2:00AM) - $17.50/HR

Responsibilities:

• Picking, packing, and lumping products together such as figurines, mugs, toys, plush items, etc.
• Will be on your feet and walking A LOT (5 miles per day)
• Loads and unloads freight in an efficient and safe manne
• Moves product to storage area with proper equipment and efficiently stack and store merchandise in the appropriate areas
• Process orders including picking, checking, sorting, consolidating freight, wrapping pallets, packing loading and shipment confirmation of customer orders
• Operates material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner, as required
• Checks and verifies freight for accuracy and/or damage and infestation
• Maintains a clean, neat and orderly work area
• Assists in maintaining the security of the warehouse
• Conducts operations in a manner promoting safety
• Conducts sanitation functions as requested

Skills:

• Ability to be up on your feet and walking for long periods of time.
• Attention to detail
• Must be able to lift and/or pull up to 50 lbs
