Job description
Materials Management/Warehouse worker – Addx Corporation has an opportunity for a knowledgeable and motivated Materials Management/Warehouse worker located in Crane, Indiana supporting one of the largest naval bases in the continental United States.
Responsibilities include:
- Full range of Supply Chain Management support to include reviewing, stowing, and preparation for the disposal of excess Government Property
- Maintain accountability of materials supported
- Configuration of areas, re-warehousing, and layout for efficiency
- Maintain accountability of materials that are required for support
- Assist in receiving, shipping, on-loading and offloading of material from Commercial Carriers, and DoD activities
- Perform visual inspections on any material delivered and received to include reporting of damaged or suspected damaged inventory, able to identify errant shipping methods and respond as required
- Create documentation for non-conforming parts to the Government
- Research unlabeled and mislabeled materials and initiate searches to determine the origins or destination
- Wear safety shoes obtain and maintain a Material Handling Equipment license
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Skills
- AA Degree from an accredited university
- Able to work in a warehouse environment
- Knowledge of DoD and DoN policies

Able to maintain a SECRET Clearance
