Buffalo Trace Distillery is searching for qualified applicants to fill the position of Industrial Mechanical Repair Specialist - Frankfort, KY. This role is situated in Frankfort, KY. Buffalo Trace is seeking candidates who possess a strong work ethic, value quality output, and are eager to further their development. Beginning wages are $30.89 per hour.The duties of an Industrial Mechanical Repair Specialist - Frankfort, KY include, but are not limited to:

• demonstrating skillful performance of industrial mechanical and electrical tasks such as PLC, MCC installation and maintenance
• repairing and installing bottling and distillery equipment, which can include hydraulics, pneumatics, and pumps.

Qualifications/Requirements

MUST

• Proof of successful maintenance experience and proficiency in everyday maintenance tasks in a manufacturing facility.
• Ability and willingness to worksecond or third shift.
• Successful candidates must pass a variety of tests including mechanical and electrical aptitude exams, pre-employment physical, and drug/alcohol screening.
• Exhibit high levels of initiative and problem-solving abilities.
• Possess strong communication and social skills.
• Maintain a good safety and attendance record.
• High School diploma or equivalent

PREFERRED

• Associates Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance or Journeyman Electrician
